Every asset ships as a native Blender file, and most newer ones also include an optimised glTF/GLB package. There is one page per asset, not a separate download per format.
Are the lighting models free or paid?+
Assets marked Free download with a free iMeshh account, no card needed. Everything else is included with any paid iMeshh plan. Everything here is royalty-free for commercial renders, animations and client work.
Do the lights actually emit in a render?+
The shades, diffusers and bulbs are modelled as real geometry, so a fixture lights the scene correctly in Cycles or Eevee rather than sitting there as a dark prop.
