Marlowe Cabinet Co. is launching a new range and you need imagery that does the joinery justice. We've put together two packages so you can pick the depth that suits your launch timing — start with eight hero stills, or go deeper with evening lighting and a walkthrough that brings the showroom into people's phones. Either path, we deliver in week 4 and run the project through iMeshh Pro so you'll see every milestone live without us emailing back and forth.

What's included

All renders delivered in 6K resolution as PNG + TIFF. RAW Blender project files included for future tweaks. Three revision rounds (composition, lighting, material). Marketing + print license, royalty-free in perpetuity. Final files via secure download link, kept on our R2 storage for 12 months.

What's excluded

Drone footage of the physical showroom (available as an add-on). 360° interactive tours (available as an add-on). Material sourcing or product photography. Print fulfilment. Social-first vertical crops.

Revisions

3 rounds included

Each round covers composition, lighting, and material adjustments across all renders in the package. Major design changes (e.g. swapping cabinet style, restructuring the kitchen layout) are not revisions — we'd treat those as a new scope and re-quote. Revisions outside the included rounds are billed at £180/render.

Payment terms

50% deposit on acceptance, 50% on delivery of final files. Invoiced in GBP. Bank transfer or Stripe. Payment due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments accrue 5% interest after 30 days.

FAQ

How long will the project take?+

From scope acceptance to final delivery: 4 weeks for the Catalogue package, 6 weeks for Catalogue + Animation. We share a milestone view in week 1 and check in twice weekly. Animation requires an extra week for the lighting bake.

Can we see early drafts?+

Yes — we share grey-shade composition tests in week 1 and lit material tests in week 2. You approve composition before we commit to lighting, and lighting before we commit to final detail. No surprises at the end.

What if we change our mind on a material mid-project?+

If we haven't started the lighting pass on that render yet, it's a free swap. If we're already deep in the render, it counts as one of your revision rounds. We always tell you which phase a render is in before you commit to a change.

Can you match our existing showroom photography?+

Yes — that's our specialty. Send us the camera body + lens you used, ambient temperature, and any reference shots, and we'll match the rendering profile so the catalogue feels visually consistent across photo and CGI.

Do you work with US clients?+

Yes — about 30% of our work is US-based. We invoice in GBP but accept USD via Wise. We're 5 hours ahead of EST so morning approvals from you land mid-afternoon for us, which keeps the cycle tight.
